I am very frustrated because I have spent 3 weeks now communicating with share it only to find out they only have my Noiseware registration info on file but not my Portraiture. They advised me to contact imagenomic directly--- I have filled out two tickets with no response.
I would like to upgrade to 2.0 and I replaced my old computer. I have the backup disk and my product ID# 4A24-C690-B34E-7949, but it does me no good because it is asking me for a registration code I don't have.
I am hoping to be directed to someone who can help me...
