Log In Information?

Hi there!

I'm trying to access my account in order to switch over to a MAC from a PC and upgrade to CS4. I can't recall my password and have requested it 4 times now in the past 4 hours. I still have not received password information.

I would like to use my Portraiture plug in to turn work around for 4 clients and now I'm stuck just waiting for a password reset.

Does it typically take several hours to get a response? Any advice?
