Default error message when trying to download
I am getting an error message when I try to download portraiture on my macbook pro. Any suggestions?

Debbie,
File a support ticket using the link at the top of the page. And PLEASE fill out ALL the asked for info plus give me a better description of the error and exactly when the error occurs as I really don't have any solutions based on your post.
